·         Weeks are available from Saturday to Saturday

·         Smoke free unit

·         $250 Refundable Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking in order to hold the reservation

·         Linens provided

·         Departure cleaning included for stays of 5 days or more

·         Sorry, no pets allowed

·         Guests are not allowed to have motorcycles at the resort

·         12% SC sales tax mandatory

·         Rental age minimum is 23 yrs old

·         Rates subject to change without notice
